Kebijakan Perlindungan Anak

Untitled1_001.png

The YAYASAN CINTA SAHABAT SPECIAL Foundation acknowledges its fundamental responsibility to safeguard children participating in its programs and activities. The foundation is fully dedicated to ensuring the safety and protection of children from any form of abuse or exploitation. This Child Protection Policy recognizes the extreme vulnerability of children, especially in situations of poverty, humanitarian crises, or conflicts, and emphasizes the need for their protection.

Yayasan Cinta Sahabat Spesial will adopt a risk management approach to reduce the chances of child abuse and will provide clear and practical guidelines for staff and representatives to effectively respond to child abuse and handle complaints.

This Policy has been created to align with the national standard, specifically the UU no 23 of the year 2002, which addresses child rights. It operates in conjunction with common and statutory law and does not override or replace the rights and responsibilities of individuals under Indonesian law. Rather, it should be seen as an integral part of the broader ethical framework and Code of Conduct of AMANDA LEARNING CENTER.

The main purposes of this Policy are to:

1. Define child abuse and other related terms clearly.
2. Establish a Code of Conduct governing interactions with children.
3. Provide practical procedures for reporting and responding to incidents.

This Policy has been formulated with the following objectives:

1. To protect children participating in AMANDA LEARNING CENTER's programs.
2. To support employees and representatives from false or malicious allegations of misconduct.
3. To demonstrate AMANDA LEARNING CENTER's commitment to taking reasonable measures to minimize and protect children from abuse.
